Knowledge have four characteristics: subjective, aesthetic, relational and practice. This dimensions can be used as norm’s level to filter all silo knowledges to create TKBE’s Knowledge Assets for Managing Internal Business Process of Enterprise to survive, growth and sustain. eTOM have five level of processes that form relational architecture with their own required knowledge to acquire from knowledge resources, store to Knowledge Assets System, retrieve for creating new knowledge, embodied it in product service and system.

Refer to Break Through Result (BTR) elements: describe, measure, monitor, control, manage and using AAR (After Action Review) to identify knowledge’s gap and fulfill it with knowledge creation, BPM need knowledge’s elements that work simultaneously as Knowledge shadow in hypertext organization.  Process norms should be described subjectively to provide continuous improvement based on measured gap between scoring of standard eTOM processes and existing improved processes.  Business Process elements such of activity, information, resources, tools, output can be used as scoring dimension norms to provide critical opportunity for improvement dealing with problem solution and suggestion on hard or soft intervention approach.
